New Scholarship Named After Ex-Boise State University Student

Feb 18, 2012 (Vietnamica) — A new financial aid fund for grade school students was recently set up in Vietnam in honor of an ex-student from the US Boise State University (BSU) “Trang Doan Scholarship.” Doan Thi Doan Trang, born in 1980, used to be a student of the high school for gifted students Le Quy Don, Thua Thien Hue Province in the central Vietnam.

It is the fourth released game set in the fantasy Warcraft universe, which was first introduced by Warcraft: Orcs & Humans in 1994. World of Warcraft takes place within the Warcraft world of Azeroth, approximately four years after the events at the conclusion of Blizzard’s previous Warcraft release, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. Blizzard Entertainment announced World of Warcraft on September 2, 2001. The game was released on November 23, 2004, on the 10th anniversary of the Warcraft franchise.

Hanoi: Internet Cafes for Online Games

January 3, 2012 (Vietnamica) — Up to 71 percent of surveyed Internet users in Hanoi patronised Internet cafes to play games, Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported the municipal Department of Information and Communications as saying. The survey was conducted between August and December this year in 29 districts, communes and towns in Hanoi on Internet use by local citizens at Internet cafes.
